Thanks for your review. I watched a few reviews about the D30 but none of them show the receiver connected to a camera. None but yours so far. Still, it's a static. image and it doesn't show if the receiver is really hooked on the shoe mount. I bought a D30 but the clip on the receiver had spikes and wouldn't hook on a shoe mount. Therefore the kit was pretty useless and I sent it back. Does the clip on your receiver hooks on a shoe mount and stays there? It doesn't fall? I am going to post a review showing the problem.
