I've been oil pulling for years - it whitens my teeth and helps with bad breath. A few tips: 1. Warm up the oil first so it's at least soft, if not liquid. 2. Start small...1-2 minutes at first then work up to 10-15. It's harder work than you'd think! 3. Always spit it into the trash, NOT down the drain. It can clog your pipes and do nasty things for your plumbing. Hope this helps! 😁

I started Daisy Jones (the show) after seeing your Instagram story and I am so obsessed with it. Like you said, the actors are exactly how I had envisioned the book characters (especially Billy and Daisy) and the songs are SO GOOD. The last episode made me cry my heart out, but it is such a good show! I was actually sad when it ended 😭❤️ Lovely vlog as always, and it is midnight where I am haha, but perfect way to end my Sunday 🤍

Miss girl, please be careful spitting the oil in your sink it can clog your pipes!! (Speaking from experience my dad was pissed 💀) I normally spit it into a trash can, also it’s less intimidating if you use it melted or I recommend using dr. Bronners tooth paste it has coconut oil!! Hope that helps 🫶🏼 Alsooo, a little tip if you want your flowers to last longer, don’t add the entire packet of the powder stuff use about half and then change the water to your flowers after you notice it getting icky and add the rest of the packet!! My flowers last about 2-3 weeks when I do this! ☺️

I've heard with oil pulling, you've got to start slow and small. So just small amounts for only a few minutes and then as you get used to it, working your way up to larger amounts for longer times. Also, don't spit it into the sink, as it can clog your drains!

My Sunday is going good I work on Sundays which sucks but you always post on Sunday so it’s always better that’s why Sundays are my fave 🥹🤍 but what about you hope your Sunday is good

I tried oil pulling...yeah it was gross until I tried it with a few drops of essential peppermint oil. It's way better!!

For the oil pulling, it's 1 spoon of 'melted' coconut oil. You can melt it in the microwave. Then you can swish it around the mouth like mouthwash. Hope it helps. :)
