7a.m. in Minneapolis - May 29th, 2020
I cant figure out what exactly to write: The city I hold dear to my heart is in flames, four days after the senseless murder of George Floyd. Why are people of color AGAIN unjustly executed by overzealous Police Officers? I truly thought our city was not one of those places, but again in our backyard this happens. I do not condone the rioting, these visuals are just the honest truth of the Twin Cities at this moment. As a videographer I always film what I see. The officer has just been arrested as I type this, and while that is a small first step, how many times have we seen this occur?
