I love these condos. So cheap compared to villas.

I love the content you bring us. It makes us dream of far away places in tropical paradise.

Wow Wing Samui looks absolutely lovely I would definitely consider buying one of these apartments. Aom seems lovely . No flooding happy days … lol yeh can hide a few things under the bed !!!! Well done in showing us this lovely development I found it very informative.

Samui rentals are going crazy indeed... high season prices are very expensive but still full.. good for landlords i guesss

Good coverage but I'm pretty sure I heard you say "it's on the sunset side of the island". That is incorrect sir. The condos are closest to Chaweng beach which is the east side of Samui. Lipa Noi is about the best place to catch the beautiful sunsets that the island has to offer.

"It's quite well designed"...

hmmm..... always wanted something in Thailand but phuket was not the place i want to be.. Samui on the other hand seems much quieter.. certainly something to explore

How much rental return Per Month? and whats the outgoing, like management fees and other charges?

I could buy 1 and use it as a rental unit if they do that .

Exactly that! They invited me down.. I asked if there was anything they want me to highlight and they said no! Told me to make the video I want to make.. so I did 😊 if I thought there was something negative to add to the video I would have added it for full transparency and explain my reasons to all but I didn’t have too. I asked about the flooding and changing room styles.. I asked a lot actually 😂 But yes in a way this is an advert.. but my kind of advert lol fun! 😁
