House number three seems to be the only possibility, but have to sell my big ass house in PA first, that won't be for awhile. Already a Permanent Resident of Mexico and speak fluent Spanish so none of that is a problem. Hope it or something like it will be available when I can finally make the move, but again not anytime soon.......thanks for the video

What is the most commonly accepted price range for a 3bd 2ba (or similar) stand alone house? Is it easy to find a place for 300- 400k?

Yes, that is actually the most common price range in this area. You can definitely find that for that price.
