Yeah I get what you mean I should have done standar sidekick, but this was how I was taught it's from traditonal tkd. Thanks for the comment!
Why cheat 7 feilong, not cheat 9 feilong?

Both names are good, but this is how I think: naming it cheat 7 feilong is more logical in my opinion because which kick comes first matters it's easeantily same trick as cheat7hyper I just add inside cresent to c7hyper, so that why c7 feilong.
I'm 44 year old and I want to do those kicks.

Yees lets go🔥! I recommend to start with dynamic flexibility warm up and do it every training session and starting with basic kick hook kick, roundhouse kick, crescent kick, tornado kick etc. And going forward from there🙂 Good luck 💪💯
