I feel the same as in crafting is my therapy. I love corbels so it was great watching what you did with them all, each so different. As well as the candlesticks, another things I really like flipping. Great flips ☺️

YES… you have inspired me Yvonne…to look at the Hobby Lobby WOOD ITEMS that are never the color I like and PAINT THEM…. Why did I not think of such a thing ??? 🤷‍♀️ Those Corbels ALL look great! And the knobs … just enough to give it that “ something..something 👍” And those metal trucks! I have never liked the red, green or blue..but the white ….. ! And the WIRE BASKET ❤️. I look at that TOTALLY DIFFERENT now! I did a transfer on a Pumpkin ( faux foam pumpkin) didn’t like it…THEY ARE AWFUL TO GET OFF ! No sanding on foam…thank goodness you did it on wood! AND AGAIN….love the idea of stamping. I am looking around to see what I can paint now ! LOL!!!! Hugs to our sweet Michigan lady !💛💛💛🌻🌻🌻🌻💛💛💛

I like the finishing touch of the knob decals.

Love the trucks, and the wood and stone corbels. All items turned out great. Crafting is very relaxing for me as well. It's my happy place.

Yes, Yvonne, you do inspire me, and yes, I like distressing! I did some for the first time today: a brown picture frame that I always hated, and two old tin ceiling tiles that came out beautiful! The process gave me so much pleasure and I thought of your patience and enthusiasm to keep myself going.

Oh my goodness! You hit the haul at Dollar General and especially Hobby Lobby! Of course you were able to redo everything in your Ginger way!!

I LOVE the four Corbels with the literature transfers........

Sometimes I'm like NO NO why would you paint that beautiful wood .... but then I say ... well she knows her market.... it's a business. All beautiful.

Loved everything. But, even though trucks don’t fit into my decor (grand millennial/coastal), they came out sooooo cute‼️ For Christmas/winter just add pine cones to the back and a tiny green wreath on the front 😊

OMG!! 😱😍😃 I can’t believe all the corbels you found! If I could, I would literally dress all my windows with them. They really are one of my favorite things to decorate with! I just bought 3 large sets and I felt my tummy turn a little when I saw the prices on your’s compared to what I paid. 🤦🏻‍♀️ UGH!! 😝😂 But happy for you to get such amazing items at give away prices, and now I have the pleasure of watching you making them even better!! 😍😊 Kinda new to your channel. 🙋🏻‍♀️❤️ Been subscribed, but I haven’t been here in a long, long time. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Maybe I’ll learn a thing or two from you and your great instructional videos. Can certainly see why she would buy out your whole store! I live in such a small town that I only have a tiny $tree, a very small used items store & Walmart for anything I want to do. Can't travel to other towns right now. Your creativity is amazing. I really wish I could do something like you & your husband do. I have the creativity & with help from you & Mary (White Cottage) I know I could make it here if I only had more resources. Ahhh,,, maybe someday Meanwhile, can't wait to see what you do next❤

I never sleep on Dollar General, though when I first saw the blue truck back at Easter time I didn’t want to pay $10, then. I realized later that $10:00 was an excellent price for a truck that nice. I found one about 2 months later. I put it in my bathroom for the 4th and Summer. I keep mine blue because I drive a blue truck!😀 I’m so excited to see how your pieces turn out. I love distressing. I always get a little nervous before I do it but it’s so satisfying! Knob covers so cute!

I think leaving some of the piece unpainted wood showing makes the piece more interesting to look at. Good job! Loved all the corbels and the shelf. The knobs were a nice touch and I bet that piece sells quickly.

I love the corbels. I see a lot of candle sticks at ny goodwill bur they are overpriced. I've just recently noticed how many dollar generals an family dollar there is around where I live. I've never been in a family dollar.

My favorite redo was the wire basket.

My favorite piece you did was the wrought iron cross..beautiful job Yvonne..I loved this episode..I used to work for Hobby Lobby..they are making room for new merch..they do it every year..they usually only keep a collection of items for about 2 years..plus,the fact that they discontinued the 40 % coupons ,corporate wanted to do a full sweep of the whole store and pass the savings on to the customer..again,great video..I love doing detailing..it brings out hidden beautiful details..where do you find your white wax?..I cant find it anywhere, so I use clear Waverly varnish and tinted it with other chalk paint color..usually Plaster..it works great..
