The consideration question is questionable on another video the answer is good,money,or service. This one said anything agreed on so which is correct?

wouldnt nancy own the servient parcel since hers is the one being encumbered? question 9? (dominant estates are the ones benefitting, she is not benefitting from heather getting to use her land..?)
