741HZ Solfeggio, Accept, Release and Let Go 4/8 Breathing Meditation, Self - Expression, Intuition

If you encounter an unpleasant situation in life or you find yourself in an unpleasant state, you have three options:
1. Leave the situation or condition
2. Change the situation or condition
3. If points 1 and 2 don't work, accept the situation or condition.
Here I would like to address point 3 because it is the most challenging.
Because this point very often traps you and can make you faint, desperate or crazy.
You've probably tried a lot to change situations or conditions that weren't good for you. Perhaps you have also done a lot of healing work, meditations and tried your whole repertoire up and down. Nevertheless, there is no relief.
You have also successfully managed to get out of unpleasant situations, but some of them make you “bite your teeth”.
Sometimes there is no escape, no way out.
The reason for this is that your soul wants you to first learn to accept this condition, this situation, in order to develop completely new insights, qualities and strengths from it.
Yes, but how to accept something that hurts so much, that is so unpleasant, that shakes you completely?
That's self-destructive, you might think. That's crazy, it doesn't work at all.
I would like to introduce you to an option that has helped me and many other people so much.Where afterwards, true miracles happened.
This method works through special breathing,
For this I have created a breathing meditation that makes this exact breathing method, as well as pure relaxation, much easier in the resistances, the unpleasant emotions and everything else that arises.These then dissolve on their own afterwards.Such wonderful relief occurs. The solution, release happens on its own as you just breathe, allow and observe.
Sounds so simple, but that's exactly the key. Feel free to find out for yourself.
Here is a brief guide to breathing meditation and breathing techniques:
it is a 4/8 breathing method. Inhale through the nose for about 4 seconds
Breathe deeply into your stomach or into the part of your body where the unpleasant feeling is noticeable.
Exhaling takes about 8 seconds, twice as long as inhaling. It happens through the mouth. It is a letting go, a letting be, a letting happen.
Relax and expand the area in your body that feels uncomfortable. Go more and more into acceptance of what shows up. Please don't actively try to get rid of anything right now, as that will only increase the resistance.
Continue to focus only on breathing.
Breathe in positive, light energy and let it happen as you breathe out...
The first 10 minutes of breathing meditation are this featured active 4/8 breathing method.
Then there are about 10 minutes in which you can breathe normally and freely and simply observe the whole thing. Without wanting to take anything away.
Just let your healing process take place on a higher level now.
You can use the last 10 minutes afterwards to relax and integrate the whole thing.
