Bailey laying there... "Dog-gone It dad, where's mine". I used to cook breakfast for my pup and I, and it would be a good feed. Eggs, Sausages, Home Fries, Toast etc. I move at a pretty good pace in the kitchen, and having done this so many times, I'm running on autopilot. Obviously, I cook a pup-friendly version for my little girl. So it takes a couple of pans, the toaster, the coffee maker etc. But that morning, when I was done there had been a major malfunction. My plate and her bowl were side by side on the counter and I had home fries and toast, and her bowl had the eggs and sausages in with her dry food. Long story short, I had a vegan breakfast that day. My little girl, like Bailey is such a sweetheart and very considerate, she left me her dry kibble just in case I got hungry.

I was a big bread eater and decided to lose some weight. I did not stop eating bread. I just cut back on how many slices of bread I eat a day. I used to eat about 8 to 10 slices a day, and now I cut it in half and drop 25 pounds. Find what works for you. What may work for someone else may not work for you.God bless safe travels

the best thing you can do is reduce carbs/sugars and add more protein to your diet. add some intermittent fasting, 45 minutes to an hour of walking a day and the pounds will fall off. i lost 40 pounds doing this.

Hey Dan, I’ve been “driving” computer monitors for 35 years as a desk jockey and just turned 56. We are similar in build, and the last 3 years have been tough, I think my metabolism took early retirement and did tell the rest of us who will be working at least another decade. Keep up the good work and Hi to Bailey!

Dan you want to loose wait, give up the mayo, bread, pickle sauce and you don’t need cheese for breakfast. Cook the eggs and some lean bacon or ham. You’ll be amazed even a wrap has 178 Kcals in them so two wraps is 356 Kcals or more than 15% of your daily calorie intake in raps alone none of the filling. With bread your talking two of those rolls will be 400 Kcals it’s the hidden calories that kill you. Diet drinks, black coffee no sugar or creamer as you take a zero calorie black coffee up to 500 with sugar & creamer. Keep a food diary, list everything (weigh it !) & it’s calories and aim for under 2000 a day. Walk the dog for an hour a day and the weight will move. I’ve lost 20lbs straight away.
