    Andy…this will be a video I'll be able to use with my next undergrad class in clinical neuropsychology. There are both athletes and medical-directed students who may be motivated by this. As always, fascinating. Thanks. Hope you're work is going well.

    Would like to comment on the discussion about insurance/billing. I don't fully agree with Dr. Rafie. I could go into a very lengthy discussion about this and my background/mix of my practice to explain why I feel the way I do, but I think physicians making their "fees" excessive is disgusting. Massively overcharging in the few situations where you can get away with it (auto insurance, cash) is not right. Actually, I believe it has resulted in insurers cracking down more and cutting physician approved fee schedules (here in Michigan where I practice the auto insurance laws have actually been recently changed to prevent this and put caps on what can be paid out). Insurance companies certainly don't always pay docs fairly, but physicians have to do our part to be responsible as well so that we have more widespread support when there is reason for complaint/dissatisfaction.
