The 728 Cadets (Elk River/Rogers/Zimmerman, MN) performed its summer program “The Finish Line” in the judging zone of the 2024 Vikingland Band Festival. The band earned the overall Grand Champion title plus awards in Class AAAA for first place band, best percussion and best wind section.
