The ticket office clerk in the American Express advert is the late Nicholas Donnelly, aka Mr MacKenzie the technology teacher in Grange Hill. No Scottish accent this time. Ironically, the late Gwyneth Powell (Mrs McClusky) features in another Amex advert around the time.
