Madam nice information. Could you tell one thing that my son was a mituL consent divorcy by the Honorable court in August 22. Now he is no more. Has she any right to claim son parents property after mentioning certain conditions. And any right of government due claims if nomination in service records not change due to some unavailable circumstances. Based on divorce certificate dicree issued by the court is being submitted to the department alongwith legal document. Or will we get succession certificate from the district Court by the parent to change the nominee..Pl comments on this issue or guide.

Mam after settlement and paying half amount to the girl, when 1yr separation is completed , girl is not agreeing on giving divorce and asking for a huge amount. . what can a man do if the girl is not obeying the panchayati settlement on stamp paper ?

Respected mam, agar ladki koi 125 ya dv nhi uthati phle or divorce par move krne ka excuse kr ke money Lena chahti ho. To kya precautions hain.? Ya ryt move kya hona chahiye. 498 a pending, 125,dv pending. Applied for divorce. On wait for HC direction on mediation , half of amount is given as DD noted in application of mediation.

Madam, kindly tell in case of mutual divorce petition if given by Girl in court and she wants to take the amount of Gold/ornaments which were given as dowry to her in-laws. Is it possible that her in-laws give false statement that the the all the Gold/ornaments have already been given to the girl, hence she can't take the same again by us? If they do this mischievous act then what should be done by the girl to prove that she is correct but her in-laws don't want to return the gold to her.
