Thats a ERA fortress Brummie very well picked on some of them the levers sit right on the curtain and a pre-lifter helps. You picked this really quickly. The locksmith tool is actually a plug type tool that fits into the curtain and stops it from moving/jumping out of place if your keying them alike. Thank you very much for your share its much appreciated.

Well done on the pick.,👍 I suppose they are worried that when opening the case the lock may fly apart. Some people can't work out how to reassemble the lock. Only a guess though..

The locksmith tool is a screw clamp thingy , if you ring that number they will send you one, it’s supposed to stop the latch mechanism from springing open & flying apart. This will give you more details kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZIB42pt8XcuzhM4.html
