@@concepcionlopez5119 Gracias por ver mi vídeo. ¿Y la pregunta es "tokonole"? Es un producto químico que se utiliza como acabado frontal y posterior para el cuero. El país de fabricación es Japón. What an adorable little bag. It's too small for what I need (iPhone 13 won't fit inside) but I may be able to successfully resize the pattern, as I have a long background in sewing clothing. I'm still pretty new to leatherwork, but having so much fun with it and your designs are always so well done. Thanks for the video. I always look forward to them.

@@bitchen Hi, I'm all new to this so all your tools are very cool to me. I like your rivet setting anvil. It's round and looks like it has a little weight and could be used to hold down stuff to give you a fre hand. Where did you get that from. What size rivets and snaps do you use the most. Any particular size you suggest is a must have. Is the Awl you use to poke your Stitching holes Any particular size. Any tips or tricks that you could share would be wonderful and any tools you think to avoid or not to buy cheap would be great. Thanks

Beautiful bag! I love the work you did! A couple things I noticed though, when attaching the double faced rivets, if u put a piece of thin fabric or tape between the metal and the polished rivet and the top rivet and the punch you wont get that nasty scratch that happens when striking it. Also, sliding pieces around on your cutting surface face down made some scratches in the leather. The scratch on the front flap is very visible in the final shot. If you're making it for yourself you could call them character lines lol. But, if you plan to sell the item, it could be a problem.

Perfect for the new flip or the mini phone, if your nippers are getting dull get some thick foil and cut them with nippers a few times this should sharpen them, but get a whetstone better sharper use

No, that can't work. If it was that easy I would have done it. Also they come as PDFs that means the individual elements can't be isolated. Try making something from a pattern with the scale at 200% (for example), the parts won't fit together. It would take a very long explanation but trust me that it doesn't work that way.
