I strongly agree with you. First, they have to define what is work ? My mother is a home maker, and she sleeps only 6 hrs per day. She always busy with work. Even spending sometime with family and taking care of them is also work. Quality is very important than quantity. Are they gonna increase the salary if they want us to work more hours? You rightly said that they are not rewarding the best and true employees.

జనాలకి బుర్ర లేదు అన్నయ్య రోజుకి నారాయణ మూర్తి 13 గంటలు పని చేసాను అని ఇప్పుడు చెప్పుకుంటాడు. అయిన వీళ్ళని అని ఏమి లాభం pramotion కోసం, ఇంక్రిమెంట్ కోసం, ప్రతి రోజు టీ కి కక్కుర్తి పడే జనాలు ఉన్నప్పుడు. అందరూ దేశ భక్తులు కదా మరి మనిషి రోజుకి 5 గంటలు పని సమయాన్ని పెంచే బదులు కొత్త ఎంప్లాయ్ ని recruit చేసుకోవొచ్చుకదా ఈ దొంగనాకొడుకులు captalists అందరూ మళ్ళి ఆ పని చెయ్యరు. ఇదే విషయం అడిగితే నోట్లో ఏం పెట్టుకుంటారో ( సమాధానం లేనట్లు, busy గా ఉన్నట్లు act చేసేస్తారు ) ఉన్న ఎంప్లాయ్ ని పీడించి పీడించి చంపుకు తింటున్నారు. కొత్త ఎంప్లాయిమెంట్ సృష్టించవొచ్చుకదా. అప్పుడూ ఇప్పుడూ ఎప్పుడూ జనాల్ని దోచేయ్యటమే. వెస్ట్రన్ కంట్రీస్ అభివృద్ధి చెందాయి అంటే అందరికి పని గంటలు, ఉపాధి, ఈక్వల్ గా ఇచ్చారు అంటే గాని ఎక్కువ పని చేసెయ్యటం వల్ల అభివృద్ధి జరగలేదు ఎక్కువమంది పని చెయ్యటం వల్ల జరిగింది knowledge అందరికి వొచ్చింది. మరి వీడు TATA లో పనిచేసినప్పుడు రోజుకి 16 గంటలు పని చెయ్యాల్సింది అప్పుడు infosys పెట్టాను గ లిసేవాడు. నీతులు జనాలకి.
