Darling i really love your enthusiasm about the place but gosh its not worth it for that money at all. It needs complete renovation to attempt to ask that amount of money. marketing , marketing, marketing is the name of the game...you never have a second chance to make a first impression. What do you understand by accessibility without and elevator in this house? The ceiling is dark, making the rooms looks tinny, the finishes are really poor. Not worth that price

Nice building but lacks modern finishing. At least the owner should clean up and stage properly before advertising the property to make it appealing. Lots of empty bottles in the kitchen and washed/air dried underwears in the background.

I dont know how cameroonians really build thier house.copy from turkey they are expert in building.
