It took me 101 raids to get my first shiny from a raid, which was a latias. I’ve done about 20 more, and haven’t gotten another shiny from a raid

I typically only do legendary raids, out of 33 raids I've gotten 2 shiny

Oof unlucky it’s like that sometimes tho I’ve done 40 tapu koko I never got one and have done raids where I’ve literally gotten 3 shinies back to back

​@@BigBlue208damn thats nice, i did 25 raids for shadow mewtwo and did not get a single shiny or hundos, all are boosted raids, so unlucky for me

Spacial rend is 20 minute increments, as shown in your video. 8:30 I've only been playing since September of '23, so thanks for all your tips that are making me a better player. They're much Appreciated.

It was only 20 min if you picked Pearl for the Sinnoh tour event. Outside of the tour it will be 10 mins. You’re welcome, I’m glad I can help you out! And thanks for watching!

Shiny rate during go fest for Necrozma are worst. 70 raids, no shiny.

Im level 29 and only encountered 1 shiny dedene that had terrible IV's my wife on the other hand found 7 last week. Its getting very frustrating.

I got a lucky raid of drampa . One day i was getting bore because of no new raids then i decided to do a raid of drampa . Then i defeated it and thought what if it is shiny then i shocked to see drampa was a shiny.but it was 1 star

ive done 20 plus tapu lele raids and no shiny plus around 12 more from tapu koko

I started march 13, 2024. and I caught 13 shiny. From community day: 2 bagon, 2 litten, and 2 Goomy From egg: Sandile, stunfisk and galarian meowth From wild encounter: Eevee(umbreon), weedle, mareep, and growlithe

I got super lucky today...I was sad because I had obligations and barely played yesterday (3 hrs) and also couldn't raid or even play/catch at all today until 3:30pm...but I still got 5 shinies just today, and one hundo and 3 shinies yesterday. Got shinies of orgin Dialga, orgin Palkia and altered Palkia, and hundo altered Palkia. I also got 2 Giratina shinies as well. This never happens to me so I was literally shook. Can't help but share my excitement lol.

Another important tip for shiny hunting is to have pokemon storage space, it's been capped at 7300 for awhile but now during Sinnoh event its been perma increased to 7800. I can happily auto catch again! Yes! but man...bout sinnoh event I've raided 10+ palkia non of them has spacial rend :( welp... I should have watch more pogotrnr before choosing a path next time guess I've have to trade one with friends

That’s why my kids and i chose different badges so we could trade each other the origin forms with the special moves

that is slightly wrong, it's not boosted for EVERY spotlight hour, we get boosted rates once or twice a month with the spotlight hours.

I have a shiny legendary which uxie

I started playing 30 days ago and have 15 shinys but i have played 3 to 7 hours a day thats terrible right ? I have cool shinys like Charizard Gengar Arcanine sylvian sandslash licky meowth ect but only like 5 rare ish shinys? Is this normal? And I've hatched like 70 eggs and only just now got a shiny hatch is that normal?

Better than normal tbh, I’ve been playing since 2021, have 31 shinies, best one is a venusaur that I mega evolve.

Nice video but, I have to presume shiny pokemon rates are constantly shut off at times when the game has the most players online. There is too much money to be gained from players obsessed with finding shinies. Finding shiny rates just is a waste of time then. By the time word gets out that the rates are turned off 3 hours of your precious playrime has gone by and your burned out to much to play again tomorrow. Also, I have once had 3 shinies in a row in raids where NOBODY else participating in those raids with me got even one shiny. That leads to the logic that shiny rates can be turned up or down on each individual player. Why? Who can know? All these community events are also littered with useless stat pokemon (especially on Tuedays at 6pm). You have to trade these pokemon to get the good stats to even be possible.

People seldom play get more shiny than those who spent more.

It just looks cooler. Stronger pokemon just have better ivs or are a higher level.

Good trades, I try to reroll shiny ones into lucky hundos that way I can have one in each league
