Aside from not having speed flips down to an exact science, one of the issues I have as a D3/C1 player, is that you'll lose a lot of possessions on kick off due to your opponent not speed flipping to the kick off. They just drive or diagonal flip, causing them to get the last touch and win possession. Surely this can't be just me?

I feel like a perfect speed flip will always beat and surpass the opponent who isn’t speed flipping. Not having it fully down just means the opponent is essentially doing a delayed kick off and will get that last touch. Just have to adapt to opponents not speedflipping by either wave dash or delaying it yourself

Like others said a clean speed flip wins easily but you need to read where you opponent is, often you can hit it around them if it’s quick enough

I have a weird kickoff strat I back flip on diagonal kick offs, it takes some getting used to. But you can do some pretty cool stuff bouncing yourself off the ball. Like I can send the ball into my back corner for my teammate while also ricocheting my car off the ball to send my car to mid boost. Also sometimes the backflip pinches the ball against the ground and rockets it towards the net

Any tips on speed flip kickoffs against people who don't speed flip, I'm in diamond and a lot of people can't speed flip their kickoffs which means that their kickoffs are always delayed so they always end up winning the kickoff, any tips?

You win them by flipping into the ball respectively later. You have advantage from touching the ball first and giving it momentum so just flip when opponent touches it.

I oscillate between gold and platinum, soft cheat works best for me. Hard cheat is extremely annoying in solo queue

Hit it to the wall beside the goal and it will bounce back to you at mid big boost and will draw them out of the goal

I have a doubt. I don't know what other people think, but you don't think that the trick kickoffs are a bit dirty? I mean, you aren't really doing the kickoff and you get a free goal. I have seen so many people doing fake kickoffs all the time and working sometimes, but I don't know if they are very effective. Should I start doing fake kickoffs and that things?

Just so them, if you want. Same thing goes for air dribble bumps. The main thing with them is that they are very triggering and rage inducing, thats why everyone hates them. You can basically win by making your opponents angry and thus they will make rash decisions, overcommit and make mistakes.
