If you go to a school entrance in Vietnam, the crab soup is always available 😋😋 Yeah I really like the tofu, but sometimes can't eat too much because of the sugar hahaha
Cade stuffing is made from egg yolks and coconut milk. It is the alternative to custard cream (we often call it choux-pastry cream)
Do the Vietnamese often play smooth jazz in their stalls or whatnot?

Haha not that much. Sometimes when the team is doing something repetitive, they like to listen to music while working to relax or just prevent them from getting bored
