In this video we bring to you 7 Veg Curries or side dishes, suitable for diabetics. We have tried to use vegetables with a low glycemic index and also used very minimal oil in cooking. Vegetables form an integral part of diabetic diets as they are high n fibre and provide the required nutrients too.

Lovely recipe collection for diabetics Ma'am. It's a real winner. Authentic recipes made simple by your presentation as usual! In the keerai masiyal during tempering we also add some raw rice grains and once it puffs up and added to masiyal tastes great.
