This is the very beginning of her story. Her quirk is untrained to the point where something as heavy as that chunk (upwards of several hundred pounds of a solid construct) is impossible.

She had overused her quirk, and be mindful that she couldn't lift stuff heavier than a car at the exams. She has been lifting up robots and also running/dodging with an upset stomach. Suddenly, a 0-p came about of nowhere causing debris to fall onto her leg, seemingly from her lower thigh, downwards crashing onto the ground with an upset stomach, isn't a nice feeling. So she was at her limit and the pain from her twisted ankle, and the sudden shock by the attack. Caused her to struggle to move without using her quirk cause she didn't want to upset her stomach even more. (As a girl with menstrual cycle even I would avoid anything to stop the stomach ache.) But she only when over her limit when Izuku saved her and she realized that he would most likely from her point of view die. This may not be fully canon, I only added a scenario in Mochi-raka's perspective. So you would understand. It was really fun writing this out however. 🤭

If only 1-A could've spectated the Deku vs Overhaul fight. Izuku was basically unstoppable when he's in control of OFA.

@Ben H Most likely. You'll see him definitely tear through some crap. Especially with his new quirks and new "style" of using Black Whip, even if it happens to be a one off. But I'm also gonna say that there is one arc in particular I'm looking forward to, but it'll most likely be in a season 7. I'm pretty sure btw that we're getting up to at least a Season 8 or 9..... Predictions by Manga.... Also hardcore spoilers, and I mean hardcore. I'm not joking. Seriously. You sure? Ok. I'm just gonna say that I hope you aren't a big Bakugo fan, because it gets......... Intense for lack of a better word. Also, the thing I'm talking about probably won't be until Season 7 or 8, depending on how to show goes.

The Deku in s2 was the best. His creative mind, so thoughtful, his strategies all are 11/10

That sports festival landmine jump is still one of my top ten MHA moments ever. That’s one of the things I love most about MHA, it knows how to hype and generate excitement/drama about things other than just villain fights. Another comparable moment is the sweet Bakugo aerial rescue during the All for One fight.

My favorite is still Izuku attempting to save Kacchan. The boy who literaly told you to jump off a building and maybe in your next life you got a quirk before trashing your shit. And then he suicide rushed into certain death after beeing told by all might that he should better give up.

S1 e4 is favorite he literally didn’t hesitate just ran past everyone and leaped sent chills through my body

If Izuku flicked his fingers to propel himself in the air like Bakugo does with the explosion then he would be moving like Bakugo. Izuku is just over hyping Bakugo as his inspiration when his movements are really a copy of Grand Terino's movements. The dialogue from his classmates felt super forced. Horikoshi should have conveyed it visually instead of just having other characters saying he's copying when the visuals of his movements in full cowling don't back this up.

I can't wait to see him as a full-grown man at least a young adult that can use his full power, love this show a lot.

Thats not what he meant the doctor gave hime a warning not to use his hands for combat and he learnt to use 1FA at percentage so his not gonna damge his legs he will use legs till his hands get fully healed

Deku is actually one of the most unique shonen protagonists out there. I'm currently on S3 and my respect for him just keeps increasing. Edit: I finished S4, S5 and caught up with the manga. I'm totally hyped up for S6

Midoriya knows he's not that good and is ever learning, that's what I like about him, that's what I like about Anime, it inspires me.

I love that bakugo hates seeing Deku get weaker but also hates seeing Deku get stronger..

And this is why Deku is a worthy user of One For All, in cases which he can't abuse his power, his wits and mind will be sufficient to help in the battle

The background music pushes the scenes to plus ultra🔥

Aww man you cut out the part about the landmines, deku used it to propel himself forward to catchup with todoroki at bakugo but as he moves forward he loses speed and momentum so he slammed the metal again to another landmine to gain more speed.

thing that i love about deku is that he can steal other moves from people like all might or bakugo

4:04 this scene still pisses me off. His moves are a mix of Tsu and Grand Torino. They use legs more than anything. Bakugo doesn't hop around or really do moves like this at all. So why do any of them think those moves look like his?

I thought about that when he fought Bakugo in S4. Bakugo was pissed when he won since Deku has All Might's power. Bakugo wanted Deku to beat him. Deku just said that he'll work harder to beat him next time and never explained that he was using like 7% of his power in his legs and 5% in his hand when he punched that one time. I keep wondering how Bakugo would have responded to that information

Deku got more to show us we need to just wait

All that raw power in One for All. I know in the latest chapters (I haven’t read far) Midoriya’s harnessing the power of his predecessors, but imagine what it must be like at 100%. The kid could literally split the earth in two! I can’t wait for that!

I honestly kinda miss the old OFA sfx's, it sounded more powerful in a menacing way, a flash as fast as the light upon ur eyes that strikes like a storm.

s1 ep 4 is the reason I got hooked to this series. You can never hate the character if he has a moment like this
