The last resort is to sue your employer take them to court and let the court or tribunal to decide if you have the right to be compensated for any of the bad behaviours of your coworkers, administrative personnel and managers, if you have a good case you will win your case and they may have to compensate you for the moral damages they caused

This is not grandaddy or daddy's work environment any longer, loyalty doesn't pay. You need to wise up, read the environment, read the writting on the wall. Jobs will discard you in a heartbeat. Leave yourself an out, don't fall for the "their your buddy shit." The people who like you today, can be replaced by people who hate you tomorrow. Jobs look at employees today, not as an asset, but as a cost (they're paying you, therefore you are a drain). This is the view of office types who never do the real work. Bright side is, they do this to you, it will be done at a later time to them, count on it. Like I said, leave yourself an out, act everyday as if this might be your last one there. Seems a shitty way to look at things, but that is the way it is in today's job market.

I am consistently told not to speak in meetings, voice the shortcomings, risks. Some managers complained that I am intimidating just because of the speed and depth of thought I have. These reasons are consistently playing to block me from growing. Essentially, I have to follow exactly I am asked to do though it’s BS, act as a ‘yes man’. Besides, my race and color being an Asian Indian adding against me. It’s like how an inferior person know so much. I just don’t know what to do

What if you have a stutter and worked for the company for three years, make the deposit for your manager ,come in during the day when called upon, works Saturday, never calls in. Only called in when there’s a blizzard out??? What should I do cause the director of operations for my company said I have a lot of potential but the only thing holding me back is my stutter to a another employee?

I'm being bullied by my supervisor & upper management right now & now they are telling me I can't work over time. Just Me! And my time that I did work they did not pay me for. I'm so frustrated about this because this & other instances has caused me soo much stress ect. How do I prove this & how can they be reprimanded for thier horrible behavior!? Speaking of retaliation...now my sup is informing me that I messed up on this work claim & that all of a sudden.. before she was pretending to be understanding about my time adjusting back to work from maternity leave & an serious std medical leave.

I got told about a week ago that my managers were planning to get me to quit or get me fired. The manager had discussed this with an employee that told me about it. Now as of 5/4/19 I am suspended with no explanation and kicked off the property. I have been writing things down here and there then brought a note pad last week to work and the manager flipped out that I even walked in with it. I need help I do live in Oregon. So if the written complaints including emails and texts if they are firm are more valuable than if they are "fluffy". Like if they say " unacceptable behavior or hostile work environment".

Just become a criminal! It will make things right! They won't know the difference anyway! Stay true to yourselves. And run from the law that is lawless anyway! They don't know the difference anyway! there is no safe haven anyway; they made a mess too extreme so pray to God he forgives us for something someone else does! "Treason" is difficult! Understand the situation here! We are a mess! and it is truly sad.

Yes, that is true, but my friend was working in a place where majority of workers were black males, and my friend is light skin, and all the black males start picking on him and harassed him, this happened in Barbados. My friend told me that he also received personal threats in order to make him quit, and managment were involved in this and they did nothing to protect my friend from this attacks, so also black folks are on the way around when they are majority in a workplaces
