Love your channel We pressure wash homes driveways and more every summer do have commercial units and it really does make a difference in how your home looks and smells lol mold and mildew cover everything here in the south and beyond. Well tell everyone if you’re gonna paint your home please kill that mold and mildew because it will just bleed through your paint . So pressure wash it by all means

Wow I am definitely going to purchase the floor squeak kit. My hubby used to fix them all the time for us. He passed 8 yrs ago and now there are so many in my 36 yr old home. Can’t wait. Just hope I can handle the job myself. I better charge up the hand drill 😂❤

Hi Brenda! I don't put anything in my hair to protect it from the sun. But it does turn dull/yellowish so I use a purple shampoo every 3-4 washes. This one is my all-time favorite and I just used it yesterday :) amzn.to/3UOYqn7

Swapping out the old yucky can lights is a game-changer! Our ceilings look so much more modern and clean. And the lights are soooo simple to swap out. It's a great upgrade!

My variety of mismatch ceiling were changed to wafers. All on dimmers. Unfortunately, many of the spaces didn't have jboxes or proper wiring. However, the finished state is wonderful.

Couple of questions about the security cameras... It say's you have to order the power adapter separately, is this correct? Also, if you don't want to purchase a subscription (which I do not), do you get your recordings on a MicroSD card or does it just automatically stream to the app on your phone?

The power cords are included with the cameras but the adaptor is not. You probably have several of the adaptor cords laying around your house just like I do. You do not have to get the monthly subscription. You can simply see "live" events on the app on your phone. If you want the events to be recorded for a week or more, you'll need an SD card in the camera. This is the card we have in ours (128 gig MicroSD card amzn.to/4b5BPZv)

Silly question maybe, but how long do the new can lights last? Must you replace the entire piece when it goes out?

Hi! We replaced ours several years ago and have had no issues. The LED bulbs are housed inside the light so I'm assuming the entire light has to be replaced/swapped if there is an issue. But the lights do have a 5 year warranty per the brand.

It looks like that aren't replaceable. Many light fixtures are sold this way now. Grrr.....

@@nowyouknowrealestate5703 That camera is over $300. The one she mentioned is 2/$50 but $99/year subscription she forgot to mention. I have a Ring battery but the battery doesn't last as long as promised.

Beware of those sticky rug mats that hold the rug down, as I got mine from Amazon and it lifted our vinyl planking up. It's very hard to remove as well.
