Most the these cuts do not save much on cap. You have to subtract the veteran minimum from the cap savings to see the real savings. Inexperienced players would have to excel over these players for the Vikes to think about releasing them.

Phillips always been solid to me

Too many character guys and team leaders being cut when there is cap space still I would hate to see some of these guys cut to nickel and dime when it’s not needed completely

Let Mullins go , practice squad at best. Develop Jarin Hall as number 3 or 2 until JJ is ready. Mullins is what he us and if KIC and McGowen are Qb whisper then lets see them do it.

@@FalconerJPshould’ve never had to play last season. Can’t expect a lot from him being a 5th round project pick. Most 1st round rookie QBs struggle their 1st season.

Agreed. I mean, if the guy was more of a game manager type, then I'd say keep him. But he's not. He gambles like Brett Favre but with 1/4 the talent.

Gotta keep Ham and Powell. Jones is gone and I would definitely let Harrison Phillips go. He has done very little on the field. But a great guy in the community. Sucks to see him go but he’s just not very good as a starter. Ham is a good blocker. And he can catch. Great guy to go to on the goal line. Muse is nice! I’m tell u if the Vikings let him go he will be a starter on his next team. I say keep Nick!

Mullins was terrible. I wanted him cut after the lions game. I was there to watch that trash. So infuriating!
