Ahhh that’s like saying only buy an off-white denim jacket and not one from H&M. Listen man, what a lot of people don’t understand is a lot of influencers only promote brands they support. And I do. I’ve bought my own Jade blacks before because guess what they are cheaper. My audience are younger guys (not the richest group of individuals) so anyway I can save you guys money and get a good deal sits well with me. The last person you’ll see me become is someone hungry and greedy for money I can promise you that but this is my full time job. I gotta make a living and the fact that I can do it and integrate brands I actually shop at is a dream. And like I always say stay #animosityfree (Edit:) I do appreciate your criticism but I stand by what I said. I wish you the best brother

Fly With Johnny Thai do you know Alpha M' (in)famous video why MVMT watches are better than Rolex? That was the lowest point of fashiontube. You know who the founder of Jade Black is. Nowadays it goes like this: Hey Mr Influencer, we are Awesome Belts, want 5000 USD and money from affiliate link sales? Then Mr Influencer says: Sure. And then he makes a video about accessory, with belts being advise nr 2. This is how all videos are nowadays, hidden promis. Your friend Christian does it better, always with a hint of irony and intangible stuff like Shoptagr. I have nothing against youtubers earning money, but don't generate content for the sake of promotions like the Costas, Zunigas, Alpha Ms out there.

Of course. I agree with you on that low point but I’m sorry you’re wrong about how brand deals work. 95% of the time there are no affiliate commissions (at least in fashion youtube) if so I would specify. 5k for a brand deal would be nice but it’s more like less than 10% of that for a small youtuber like myself. It’s not that much for the amount of work I put in a video. And yes my boy Christian does it better I appreciate you bringing that up I’ll try and improve it but again the hard thing about being a small youtuber is brands like that don’t want to work with me yet because of my audience size. So I still choose to promote them & honey for free. It’s hard to provide proper criticism unless you actually make KZread videos. Thanks again for the types of brands I should work with critique. I’d like to make that happen

Fly With Johnny Thai 5k was just a guess, I have once paid a Let's play channel 5k for a positive review. All I am saying is the video idea should come first and the the add/promo. With Christian I get the feeling he does what he wants and this makes him authentic. Teachingmenfashion and the other suspects are just sellouts. Do you know Real Men Real Style? He is knowledgeable about watches, ows luxury watches and then promotes Vincero, Chinese dropshipping stuff. Lost all my respect for him.
