I totally agree with what you said about grabbing an opportunity. I always believe in the mantra 'be fearful when everyone is greedy, be greedy when everyone is fearful'. If you have cash or precious metal assets, it a great time to buy stocks and real estate. Never waste an economic recession and this negativity will make you a lot of money if you play your cards right.

Best investment talaga is buying a land or property. Tataas at tataas ang value niyan..

Nasa Australia ako and I try to pay more to my superannuation hoping when I get to retirement i will be fine. Not to bragged but we own our house here and we just bought a holiday house/air bnb. But we live in our means and try to pay our mortgage towards our holiday house. And I work 2 jobs. Hubby hates to borrow money, we drive second hand cars and paid cash. Thread your own path.

I came here to learn how to invest so as to prepare for retirement on time, I would appreciate if someone can throw in more lights...thanks
