Is there a parts list for the toilet? I've tried connecting the tap piece to the 2x1 single stud piece and it doesn't work. Is there a different type of stud piece?

You need a jumper tile that's open on the bottom rather than having a stud underneath (part no. 15573 on Bricklink) ☺
