No need to refer to others Kesh- wakes up - meditates - washroom - 10 min walk - starts work 1.5 hr to 2 hrs of work - Gym - gets back to work 5- One core activity in the morning that you should write in your todo list the night before. EAT THE FROG One thing first thing in the morning - Reviewing Goals - Solid quality work - I get my day done before 12 pm 6- Night time fast + diet = Eating less crap = get dinner done before 8pm Write down 3 goals for the day - Journaling 3 goals and 3 good things that happened today ******************************************************************************************** 7- Choosing the activity that will give highest return on my investment of time in terms of happiness - in terms of financial satisfaction - in terms of personal satisfaction - in terms of service to others ******************************************************************************************** You are welcome:)
