You are freaking amazing! I am the “nice” girl so too often I let things go and allow people to violate my boundaries or compromise on standards. Thanks for reminding me to take my power back!

Before being left, I sensed it and walked away instead. I went to the gym, starting regaining my lost energy, achieved new heights in my career, learned cooking, go to social events, ang voila, I am a better me and that's when this person started regretting why I walked away. Tables have turned but trouble is, I am now used to just being with me.

Social value is often highlighted as important. Are we supposed to be social butterflies when we are not comfortable being one? I am an introvert, I don't really enjoy big social gatherings, I enjoy time on my own pursuing my interests and occasional outings with good friends.

Social is more about your interest, hobbies, passions having a life outside of a man. Be authentic and autonomous love your life. Have OPTIONS besides from him. Hope that helps💕💕💕

I think you can also show your social value by having interests that are popular with many people. Example: if you are extremely interested in the art world.

I know the feeling. My fiancé was flirting with another woman on social media awhile ago but it shattered my confidence in our relationship. I am not constantly wondering if he is doing this again or has continued and taken it further. I don’t know how to over come this self-esteem blow, lack of confidence and insecurities. I hope you’re in a better place now and the tears and worry has stopped. You are valuable and deserving of everything beautiful and amazing. I hope he sees it as well.

Wow, Alex. I love this setting because I can see the points and it gives me understanding that will stay with me. This particular video tells me I am on course. One day I had enough and told him I could not continue our relationship. It still hurts, but I was sure then and still am that if I didn't do this I wouldn't have a shred of self-respect left since I truly felt I was being used to fill in blank spots in his calendar. No contact is what it is and will forever be unless he decides I'm precious commodity. I was single for a long time before I married my husband who passed away last year. In the single years before I adopted the philosophy that if you waste your time with WRONG people you make yourself unavailable for RIGHT people. Why waste your life trying to make someone be the person you're looking for? Too much work, and, frankly, they don't deserve you. Their (love) life really isn't headed anywhere, but why shouldn't yours?
