Thanks Wali Bhai my loan almost is nearly finished, previously my mindset was to pay loans and to pay debts simultaneously then after watching some KZread videos I got the idea to pay all debts first and then come to investment as it speeds up the system.

Thanks for your comment - I dont have direct information but investing in RE and US stocks should be your first priority. I will see for more options specific to Australian market soon :)
Why you did not deducted amount from security deposit of the tenant to compensate your damage of appartment.
@walikhan smart crowd is charging too much. Almost 14 to 16 % of the investment they take in different ways. Can you please explain this. Thx

Thanks for following :) I have multiple gears - but usually for camera, I use Canon RP with 50MM lens (sometimes kit lens too) & Rode wireless go 2. For on the go, I use iPhone 11 Pro + RODE mic + GoPro. Editing: Final Cut Pro, MacBook Pro 2020.
