Zoho expense can track location with time??

How much is Hubstaff in real terms? How much is the app? What are the ongoing costs? For example, if I had 100 cleaners who I wanted to clock in and out, how much would this cost per month for us as a business?

Thanks for watching! So, for a cleaning company with employees out in the field like that, we would recommend the premium or enterprise plan which both offer mobile GPS tracking. The enterprise plan starts at $20 per user monthly (or $16.67 if billed annually). That provides you with unlimited job sites, integrations, payroll, invoicing and more. That's the most robust option, however, if there are certain features you won't really need you can also look at the premium plan which starts at $10 per user per month (or $8.22 if billed annually). does the time tracker monitors the personal data of employee also if the laptop is personal

Hey there! Great question if the Hubstaff app is downloaded on the laptop it will only ever track data while the employee is clocked in. And the type of data collected is entirely customizable, so the admin can choose what information should be collected. Time can also be tracked using the web browser instead of the desktop app if activity tracking isn't important. Does that help answer the question?

A app I am being forced to use also said the same thing yet they make me check off ‘always’ track. So if I don’t shut it off in the weekend it shows everywhere I was. They say oh no we don’t track when you aren’t clocked in but I’ve found out that was a lie.

I need to track where my machinery is working and when the engine is running. Is there any app that can do that?

My employer had me download Atto for clocking in and out. However, I have concerns about this app... Could my employer use it to track my location while I'm off work? Monitor my phone usage while on or off the clock? Or tap into my microphone and listen in on conversations? Or am I just being paranoid?

Hey Martin! Not at all it's a great question and Hubstaff does not allow employers to track location data while the timer isn't active. Also, location features would need to be turned on for the organization and the employee would be able to see if location tracking as a feature is active or not. Also, there's no feature on our app that allows for audio to be recorded. Hopefully, that helps! @@Helltofell no Hubstaff only tracks location data if the organization has it enabled and if the employee has the Hubstaff app open and is actively tracking time. If they're not tracking time or they have their data turned off location data is not being tracked at all.

I m not too good with technology ... and yes the organisation has set up the location option on the phone , does that mean they only track the location while I.m using the app and not the phone or just when internet is turned on ? @@Hubstaff if u can answer , if the location is turned on and the location gets scanned while logging on the job but soon after logging u logout , so the location gets saved evrytime u login to the job ? Really appreciate if u answr back ?

i was actually looking for a software that lets you keep track of time and gps location. no monthly payment... for a small business. instead of having a notebook for each person(2 people) to track their time or keep calling to know their location.

The notebook for each persons route can definitely be tedious Hubstaff actually does have a free plan which is great to see if you would like to consider some of the paid plans as well you can create a free account here if you're interested hubstaff.com/signup other than Hubstaff Gleeo is the only other option on this list that offers a free plan however it lacks the GPS capabilities you mentioned hope that helps and thanks for stopping by the channel!

@@Hubstaff because some people like to claim more hours than they work and get pissy when they start getting tracked.

most of the tracking is using mobile apps, is it possible by using some other devices for example bluetooth 5 devices or any ble beacons and tag to ttrack movement of employees?

As of right now, GPS based features will require the use of mobile devices so employees can allow for tracking we want to make sure employees maintain control over the data being tacked from their devices. Thanks for the question and thanks for watching!

Thanks for watching! It's odd for us to defend the features of another time tracking app but yes the free app does allow for overtime tracking. If you create a new job you can specify for overtime to be automatically tracked. But you can also rely on Hubstaff for proper time tracking sooooo...😎
