I thought new trucks were expensive till he said 49K for the road glide cvo! I’ll keep my 2007 softail standard.

Actually the video is full of errors and didn’t even show the CVO Road Glide which has a new vvt 121 ci M8 engine. It’s 42k for silver and 49k for whiskey neat color. None of these bikes in the video are 2024s.

My 2002 fatboy looks even better than your 103 fatboy:) But honestly, I think Harley is trying to sell bikes to gen z. And gen z is not about mate chrome and loud potato. I feel bad for Harley, but they been around for so long and I hope they stay even longer.

Like bring back some old-school nostalgia, like a pan, or shovel head in a resto- mod with modern updates, in different models. Then those would sell, unlike completely getting away from the traditional Harley look and vibe.

Car dealers are learning the hard way right now that in this economy, people have stopped buying 100k trucks and car sells are way down too. Harley is going to learn the same lesson very soon. Video said 49k for the cvo road glide. All harley owners know you won’t get that out of a stealership for less than 55k and some stealers may push it up to 60k. I’m keeping my older bikes. I don’t need traction control and different riding modes. I come from a time when we rode the damn bikes and developed riding skills. Those riding computer controlled bikes will never develop those skills

Breakout looks best to me. However, all the HDs are small for most body types above 6 '3 heigh, in my opinion. Yes you can change the seat, handlebars, peg extenders, etc, but there's still that cramped up feeling and even if modified to fit a little more comfortably, there's the circus clown on a kids bike vide

Yesterday one of these new 2024 HD break out cruisers rolled up next to me all aggressive at a stop light while I was riding home from work on my 2023 Ducati Diavel V4. Of course when the light turned green he tried to smoke me off the line. I smoked him easily with my 190 HP V4 Upmapped Diavel with the Termignoni Titanium Dragster straight pipe exhaust and modified high flow race intakes. 😂

It couldn’t be a 2024 as this video is full of inaccuracies and misinformation. None of the bikes in this video are 2024s. The Breakout is a cruiser. It’s not made for speed. But having owned numerous sport bikes including BMW S1000 try I can assure you that when you ride a big twin Harley it’s a totally different feeling. Nothing like it in the world. 17 bikes over 36 years and I’ll never go back to cookie cutter bikes. Hate’s or love’m there is just something special about an air cooled big V-Twin motor. Sound, feel, experience is one of a kind. But I do love the Diavel. Amazing motorcycle and not your average Japanese cookie cutter metric.

What about some retro dirt bikes that have updated engines and suspensions at affordable prices. Don’t they realize that almost every Harley rider today started on foreign bikes either dirt or street because Harley hasn’t made small bikes since the 70’s. I think they could sell plenty of Sprint 100’s, 200’s,250’s, and 500’s, for good family fun.

Low compression in front cylinder. It’s currently on the third go around to fix the oil transfer problem. It’s been sitting at the dealership for three months waiting on HD to decide how to fix their problem. and this is after working directly with the factory representative prior to dropping it off to be fixed. For $31K+ ? And a motor company that tries to ignore their defects. Nobody should by this brand! Why would I ever have another one?
