Hola Norberis. San Cocho is numero uno for me. I use to sometimes drive from Santo Domingo to Santiago for Sancocho. lol I don't need to do that anymore because a nice Dominican lady in Cotui showed me how to make it. I love Dominican cuisine, especially the 7 choices you made. Salute 🫡

My daughter eats light, but two of her favorite dishes is Habichuelas con Dulce y Sancocho de Habichuelas con postpones. Her favorite lunch is Tostada smashed on a George Forman grill. 😋

i asked a colombian resturant if they sold mufongo? i had to ay it was dominican. for a small island, Dominicn republic has us all shook. my life has not been the same since seeing one sosua video. i think was superbowl 2020 .

Do you have a video of you making a lot of these dishes? I would love to try to make them since my husband is Dominican.

😅 Yes I know you are vegetarian I believe so it is very hard to cook for a person like that here because almost everything we eat has meat.

There are many foods that I didn't mention but these foods are very popular and unique to our identity. We do have delicious bizcocho here but we are not known for our cakes.

My body was not use of so much fiber everyday,I looked 9 months pregnant for days,I could only drink one beer a day..Thank You D.R I had to lace my underwear with tissue 💪🏾
