hello i have a question about #1 (khanom jeen nam ngiaw). I used to order something similar in bangkok and one day i asked to a local how it was called, and one girl told me "kuai tiao nam tok". Is that the same dish ? nice vid !

Hi Alex, thanks for watching. They are different dishes! 'Khanom jeen nam ngiaw' is a Northern Thailand dish, but 'Kuai tiao nam tok' is a Central Thailand dish. The latter one can be found more widely, esp. in all areas of Bangkok. They have different ingredients and taste. Hope you enjoy watching food videos in this channel. Yes. You can just order from some local restaurants. However, you will find more raw laap in E-San region (Northeastern Thailand). Thanks for watching!
