"Section 420 in the Indian Penal Code deals with Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property" Just fyi for those you are interested: The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Bill, 2023, which will repeal and replace the more than 160-year-old Indian Penal Code (IPC), will contain new numbers for some of the most commonly used sections. So now 420 will be 302 in BNS now.

Eg. if someone is cheating then we can say "char(4) sau(100) bisi(20)" kar raha hai(doing)
