In English, "baby talk" refers to the sounds babies make at an early age that resembles talking 😊 If the title were "baby talks" with an 's' on 'talks' then it would mean the baby knows how to talk. Baby talk = "babbling, cooing, chatter" Baby talks = "a baby knows how to talk" Hope this helps!

@@binghellwagner7623 "Talk" can be both a noun and a verb. In this case, "Baby talk" is a noun ("Aww, my daughter's baby talk is the cutest!" Or "Is she yelling? No, it's just baby talk." Nouns). Conversely, "My baby talks" would be the verb form ("Wow, that baby can talk!" Or "My 7 month old baby talks!" Or "Talking baby!" Verbs). Google "Can the word talk be a noun" for further info. I got a perfect score on the English portion of my college entrance exam (ACT). 😊 I speak 3 languages. Language is my forte. Hope this helps!
