Planning permission takes like forever plus it's not approved all you need by which it's disappointing for sure. For me the long time of awaiting for the approval and building time o my days I will be finished for sure by headache and migraine and not eating enough

$7 mil won't go as far as they may think. Property taxes can eat up your money real fast. Here, in Oregon, I'd try to get some land with old growth trees. felling a few trees a year means the place pays for itself. I might invest in a storage facility, too. I hear they're good profit turners.

David is soooooooo fun to watch and so funny...oh did I already say fine🌹.....David can you do a segment on the first move a lottery winner should do as far as claiming the prize and how to put away the money for safety before spending
