You need a few tools young lady. With a couple batteries, a couple solar panels and a charge regulator youd be set. Solar and water your batteries would have no issue staying charged. Could get rid of your flicker as well. Dont think your turbine is turning fast enough. May be bearings or grease, or might just need more water pressure. Youll figure it out im sure.

You are brave to be standing in water and connecting wiring to a water powered generator. You must be close to a town or city. Where do you get your supplies, like the wiring, and bulbs, and your 100 lb bags of cement for example?
