I understand that it's OK for me to be me. I am learning how to deal with my past and I am learning to accept it. It happened I can't change it so in order to move forward is reflecting on my choices understand what I could have done different and it is then I move forward. I have definitely come up as far as controlling my mouth and my mind. Still have work to do. Thank you stoicism teacher.

I use to feel so bad after walking away, and apologetic. No more. Mindfulness helps, and boundaries. The workbook called 30 Days to Stop Apologizing by Harper Daniels was a great meditation guide for me, and the Tao Te Ching.
