It is so cute the way the raccoons always follow the same path to and from the woods!

I just peeked out the patio door and to my surprise, there was a mama raccoon with FIVE wee babies digging at sunflower seeds that had been put out earlier in the day for chipmunks and birds. One little one checked out the small (and sadly empty) cat dish that had also been put out earlier with kibble to feed a visiting cat. It satisfied itself by having a little drink of water from the water dish. So delightful! I live on rural property not too far from Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA.😊

🎉🎉Let's give Jim a birthday gift. 🎉🎉🎉 "Like" every time we watch, "Subscribe" if we haven't and ask our friends to, also. 🎉🎉🎉 It gives him money for food for the raccoons. 🎉🎉🎉

@InnocentPotato-pd7wi Appreciate condolences. 3 weeks nursing home not the way to go. 94 lived her life. However I was the only 1 to caregive if she was sick or surgeries. I have 4 cats and feed strays. Thank you. Eternal peace arms of Jesus.

If you could put a window unit ac or a portable ac in your bedroom Angie it would probably be a big help. I feel so bad for you, it’s not easy living with someone who’s body temp {meds} is unlike everyone else’s. He can always add layers to warm up but you can only do so much to keep cool. My house temp is at 68 to 70 all year long, heat is far worse to deal with than being cold. Good luck to you.

I'm kind of surprised more babies haven't shown up yet. But we'll take whatever we can get. Love our newbies as well as our regulars (like Scooter, Woody, Bandit, Buddy, Firby and Foxy, etc.) Here's hoping you two are having a great weekend!

Look for some D.E. powder food grade. Works great on bugs, ants fleas. Safe around cats and animals.. if used outside. And it rains have to use again..

We have earwigs here in Ohio. We had them really bad one year. They will pick if they sneak onto your couch and you accidentally sit on them!! I had to spray and spray! My ac unit was attracting them. The pinch hurts!! 😩

Do you have smoke alarms in your rooms in case of fire Jim? Two people perished near where I live recently. 😢 A timely reminder to have alarms, the connected ones are best. Small price to pay for the early warning of fire, not that there is much time to escape a house fire. And to have an escape route worked out too just in case.
