Boy we sure needed this we have tried everything naturally. No matter how much I’ve cleaned they everywhere drove us nuts. Can’t wait to try all these.

Glass cleaner is my go to. Kills the ants, erases their scent trail, and cleans up the area while you are at it.

Really good tips to get rid of 🐜 ants! I have a special needs son and brought home from his daycare, bed bugs! It was a Nightmare! We had to leave the home about 3 times for Pest Control to spray down the whole house. It was horrible!!! Joan Bates

Apple scented (though I'm sure any scent would work) all purpose cleaner on cotton balls and stuffed into small holes worked for me

I tried almost everything u did none of it worked --then i saw some one say that baby powder worked so i tried that --a little in front of your front door n some in front of your back door n i put some on window sills --never had ants again

Glass cleaner cleans while also killing the ants AND their trails all together, you could also try that!

Hre thanks I will remember these tips I have a professional bug person come every 3 month its 42.00 but the initial cost was about 400.oo but I haven't seen any so far but it only spring now👍💚

I put the sugar and borax in a glass cheese shaker. They go in the holes at the top and get the sugar/borax.

I once had an entire ant hill right at the step to my porch. I was looking for non-toxic ways to get rid of it, since I have cats outside and found that I could use plain old GRITS (not the instant kind). I used about 1/2 of a Quaker Oats "can" and spread it around near, on and into the mouth of the ant hill. I waited a day or so until the ants carried it into the heart of the hill and watered it. The entire nest was taken out.

Pepper and chalk. I tend to use that.

Its that time of year here to

Foaming bleach kills them quickly too. Spray the window frame and any nooks and tiny holes. Let air dry. Wipe with a clean damp cloth or paper towel. A little goes a long way, make sure the area is ventilated. But you can use the borax cotton balls outside too, they can also harden and stick to window sills etc.

Thanks for this. My daughter and I moved into a rental house in January and we already had tons of ants. They were pretty bad. So a month later, one of my aunts came over and we bombed the house for the day while we raked the lawn and ran errands. The ants died as well as other hidden insects we didn’t even know we had. Then the ants came back. We bought some ant killer at Big Lots and the stuff seemed to work. We had dead ants every where. But now they’re starting to come back so I’m glad to see this. We’re responsible for calling exterminators but living on a budget, I think they might not be an option, so going to try some of the things you suggest, especially the borax one since I just happened to buy some borax last month.

Andrea, your video and advice came in handy! I happened to come home and found ants marching one by one on my kitchen island! Until I get the Borax, I will mix peppermint oil or lemon juice in water and spray! These ants have to be punched out inside and out of the house! Thanks a bunch! 🤗🐜👊

Just moved into a new home and found them raisinf cats food bowl this morning 😢 not the little ones either the big black working ants 🐜 rarely saw them at previous home we had the tiny ones

I was shocked how completely the sugar & Borak overnight got rid of my hundred of Ants, Thanks Andrea

How do you safely clean a toaster

a can of bacon "juice" on my counter was drawing mine. Put it in a zip-lock bag and they were gone.

Ahh Haaaa, BORAX. The problem here got worse so now I'm going to the Big Guns. I've pretty much just been cleaning up after the ants and feeding them. I have to admit though, I haven't been cleaning up as good as I should. I'll have to step up my game. Thank you.

My mom's house that I live with her we have water standing on the side of the house but she and I are going to take care of that area soon

Step #1 Remove the sticky children from the home since their messes are what draw in the ants in my home. I use boric acid, sugar & water for my lethal ant combination. Never thought about borax. Thanks.

I put a paste of borax, sugar, and a bit of water in a water bottle in the garden. No harm to pets, etc., and they were gone in about a week. (LOL to the sticky children!)

Mrs Myers All Purpose spray kills and repels all insects including stink bugs.

I do want to get it out of my room not my house but ants come in my room, And I don't Want to put poison because I clean the room every

I use food grade diatomaceous earth.

Will any of your methods kill off FIRE ANTS?

Ants at my home beat this all. Only mortein spray works 😡

The Borax sugar option will not work if the types of ants you are dealing with are seeking out proteins instead of sugars/sweets.

Add a little bit of borax to peanut butter for ants that turn their noses up at sugar.

This is a fact, if you kill all the spiders you’re gonna have your ants I have this awesome little spider that literally kills 50 or more. He’s an awesome little guy. He’s the ones with the long, long, long, skinny legs and tiny body. They do an awesome job shout out to spiders.😉THAT USE BAKING SODA AND SUGAR

The ants are coming in up the sink drain

Now, she has to eat bland food because all the spices and condiments were used in the yard.
