Nice breakdown, thanks.
😂😂 You guys crack me up! I want to thank you for all the exercises, especially for the back, hip, and shoulder. I was suffering with bad pain and numbness. It really helped me gain strength and heal. I was afraid I would have to avoid exercise all together. But I realized those areas were weak or were where I did the wrong movements to cause injury. I had physical therapy previously. You guys have a treasure trove that will last. Feeling better everyday with a smile!🌞
Thank you fellas! Very good stuff.
You guys are so uplifting! Thank you

Press-ups worked great for my back/sciatica. Age 75 with sports injuries from long ago.

Hey guys just wanted to say thanks, I've been struggling with sciatic pain for the last 2 months and your videos have really helped a great deal. Papa bless.

Love you guys! Your advice is obviously tried and tested. Both of you are in great shape. You look like a taller Don Johnson with bangs, Bob.
So sorry to hear about Bob's illness wish you well , Sir .
I’m a physical therapist and I enjoy your videos. I like getting different perspectives on exercises. I especially loved brad getting stuck with his chest/pec stretch and needing to readjust. Lol.
thanks my guys
Over 5000 years old. Yoga. 😉 I teach these in yoga and chair yoga. I appreciate the body mechanics. Makes me a better and more aware teacher 🙏
Thanks. I took screen shots of each one as a quick reference guide.
You guys are genuinely hilarious.. so great to find your channel. Thank you for the tips
thank you
Are these okay to do for us with bulging/herniated discs? I have pain everyday, but after I move around a while I feel better. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with and helping the masses! 🙏🏽 🙂
Lots of respect for u both Weldon
Great video.
You guys are famous! I was literally thinking about you as I typed in “Spinal health” and your video was the first one!
You guys are so fun to watch!
Lovely stuff! Are they pretty good for mild-medium scoliosis?
Thank sir
These are all good to know. I've been doing the first one. The modified yogo posture "Cobra". It has been a life saver for me. I do it everyday and my middle back-pain is just gone. Thanks guys.
Great exercises

Me too ri8 now
How great I love u guys, I'm am have lower back pain it go down to my foot left side only went I walk or stand for too long what exercise should I do
I just finished a round of PT and they had me doing bird dog as a hold for three rounds of thirty seconds per side. What's the difference in doing that vs doing reps like your doing? Thanks for all the advice you guys give!
i know better. And I totally appreciate ALL your reminders!
Oh my days, loving the intro ❤😂
You guys rock!
Great video! What exercises would you recommend for somebody who has a very flat upper back in order to restore the natural curve of the spine? I've seen many videos addressing the issue of a hunched posture but how about when the thoracic spine is doing the opposite? (On top of that, there appears to be pronounced scapular winging.) Would the same exercises apply for a flat upper back? There is very little information about this out there and I really want to know more.
I love Bob and Brad ✨🙏🏼
That tune is catchy! What about lying on your stomach and arching your back up to read a book? I read two pages this way outside (to get some sun), and then turn over and read on my back, and keep switching back and forth.
1st time watching these fellas. They’re cool dudes, & great chemistry between em!

Thank you sirs. I sit and work in front of laptop all day and my spine hurts. I'll start doing these and hopefully it'll get better. You guys are very funny too. Thanks!!
I love the comic remarks that Bob makes from time to time.
Can you do extension stretches after Microdiscectomy? I'm 7 weeks post op, did a couple of these yesterday and I'm in so much pain now!
You guys are smart and funny, You remind me of Rutt & Tuke from Disney’s Brother Bear. Thank you for this video. Been dealing with lower back and hip pain.
I do several exercises from your videos. Thanks! 🔥 🔥 lighter flames from here.
Thank you. I need you both in my life 😎. Bottom of the spine pain sore. Wondering if all this stretching is good with osteoporosis. If it hurts to arch should you?
As someone with arthritis of the lower spine and feet flatter than a pancake, I've really embraced your advice. But please, please can you put out a book? It's difficult to make written directions for all your great tips. If not a book then a series of specific cd's focusing on one are of the body per cd. Thank you so much for taking the time to education us all.

The most famous guys on the internet!
The clickbait confession 😂 "Bob it's a family show" hahhaahahah😂😂😂😂🤣🤣
Are your excercises recommended for those who suffer from bone spurs on my L5?
I found out I have an ostephyte on my c5 and it's pushing on my c5 deep nerve root. My question is, can this cause breathing issues? Aswell as visual issues and migraines? I finally got diagnosed after 6 years of pain and still I've been given nothing but told to see a physio therapist in regards to this. I use a neck stretcher and that improves my vision and breathing, so it can't just be a coincidence
I would do these if my kitchen table looked like this😄😄😄 4.23 a.m. here- working out my excruciating aches - :)
I agree with all except the way the hamstring and chest stretches were done
I have my lower spine fused. My right sciatica and hip really hurts; pretty sure it’s out of place. What moves would help me.?
Should any of these be avoided if I have SI joint pain? I noticed the press-ups made the pain worse. I'm currently doing home exercises for SI joint pain (pelvic clock) and that has been very helpful as well as the teeter hang up to decompress the spine. Any other suggestions?
I do one version of it where I bring my arm out to the left or right in the office it leg out to the right or left I wonder what muscles those help or is that bad for somebody with osteoporosis?
When are you going to do the morning exercise routine video? ☺
Hello, I have already had back pain for 1 year. Does biking help with back pain, or does it cause more pain? 😊 thank you
Lol you guys are too much! Smokin something lolololol! Thanks for the helpful stretches, they feel good to do!
is By M. D. John M. Kirsch - Shoulder Pain? the Solution & Prevention, Fourth Edition a good book ?
are those lower back extensions (the first exercise you demonstrated) recommended for a person that has been diagnosed with spinal osteoporosis?
Suffering from scoliosis. ..feel empty in stomach and can't stand straight. ..hand seems backside always. ..please suggest. ..your words will motivate me

Ahhh 2 Years ago I was watching your videos when I ended up with sciatica sp bad I got fired from my job from calling in too much. Well it turns out I didn't have sciatica I actually had a blood infection and was in the hospital for 2 months and had to learn how to walk again lol now here I am with a possible vertebrae let's out of place so it looks like it's a sign you guys must really know what you're doing :)
Sir I have herniated disc + facet arthritis so which exercise is better for me
Bob, you mentioned you run daily. What would you say about people running after 40, do you feel it is too stressful for the knees and that it could lead to arthritis?
Are these good for people with osteoporosis?
I’m fused L4 to S1 and T 7/8 and C 2 to c7 can I do these ?
Any benefits or exercises for scoliosis. S curve?!
Sorry to bother you doctors,I have a friend who is a physical therapist in China too,he loves your videos and benefit a lot from these.Would you mind if he share your videos to Chinese video website so his colleagues can also learn a lot.Of course he'll link your video below.By the way, thank you for your promotion of physical therapy.
Are pressups okay with osteoporosis?
Sir daily food..for spinal chord ???
Oh, Pressups are similar to the yoga "Dolphin" move.. rad.
Can these all be done with Osteoporosis?
I watched your video and started doing these exercises and got some immediate relief! I still have some leg pain but at least I’m not walking like a caveman. I would also like to know what you guys think of inversion tables.
What would be the best way to exercise your spine if your a larger chest woman?
@Bob_&_Brad You don't give answers to my question which is heartbreaking. I've L4/L5 Disc buldge and L5/S1 disc herniation & Central spinal stenosis. My right hip is tight. Can't raise right leg. Also feel pain on right side of my buttock and hip pain goes to both side of my knee. No major pain on my lower back. This hip tightness and weakness to raise leg is killing me! Can help? Please!
What if I’m watching this on the floor with a herniated disc? Btw I’m 26 and this is the second flair up it’s been a year since the injury and just found out from a cat scan t4 t5 herniation you think it’s possible to heal and strengthen that part of my back later? Or do I need to proceed with caution every day and expect not to be as active for the rest of my life?
I am short so I use a hand towel to accomplish the hamstring stretch
Should one still do seatup if you have a hurniated disk issues.
I fractured my lumbar vertebrae, how long should I wait before doing these exercises?
