I really hope you enjoy the video, I was really ill for most of it but I kept at it and I hope the result isn't too horrendous. I'm sorry it's so long as well, I just seem to ramble on! awkward

    It is great to see a UK vegan KZreadr doing healthy meal plans that also aren't like 'detox smoothies' 'no fat' stuff. It's decent hearty food good for weightloss which is what i was looking for - weightloss friendly recipes as sometimes a lot of recipes are also like higher calories than I can eat due to my underactive thyroid and I'm also not going hard at the gym. Plus the prices are very reasonable! Trying to find someone whose from the UK, doing healthy weightloss options for people who aren't gym bunnies and the fact the meals are done on a budget without any hard to find ingredients is like trying to find a needle in a haystack! And when you do find anything close its always recipes that are to me just not something I want to eat every day. I cant stand green smoothies and herbal detox teas/drinks. I want everyday realistic recipes and you do that! Like I said it's also nice that you are from the UK because everytime its people from America and half the things they buy just aren't available here or prices are wildly varying from theirs.

    This is fantastic. I needed inspiration as I've drifted off slightly. I'm going to try your method because the food looks brilliant. So nice to see a vegan menu with the colours of the rainbow , beans and grains. Thanks for doing this video,

    Absolutely superb video I do hope you are going to be doing more. I felt like I was in your kitchen and you were teaching me on planning, prepping and cooking, I have not seen anyone else doing their videos like you have, please do them again and again I believe once the slimming world community get to to see your videos your subscriber numbers are going to go through the roof. I am not vegan but all the food looked so delicious and what I loved was that you were talking to all of us telling us what to do next etc, brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. I hope you are feeling better. Thanks for going to so much effort and for the downloads, I think you should consider doing a book based on the same principal as you have done this video, so many of us are useless at planning and ideas, you have taken away all that pressure Nd made it so easy to stick to the plan by following your instructions, I cannot thank you enough.👌👍😇🤗

    Loved this! Your chickpea salad looks fab and I'm definitely going to try it. Your video's are always very relaxing to watch. As a fellow Brit it's great to be able to see how you go about your meal plans. I've gained too much weight since lockdown and your videos will help me to get back on track.     Hi. It's really good to see you back on YT. I was following 2 or 3 other vegans on SW diets and they have all stopped doing vids for weeks now. I've been going to class for about 7 months and lost 1.5 st, but I'd lost that by January. Since then I keep yo yoing by about 3 lbs and feel very annoyed with myself...I've lost my mojo and need to get it back. This video has really encouraged me to get back on track. The meals you do look lovely. I love the curry and also the pea pesto looked great. I haven't tried Quinoa porridge but used to have cous cous and enjoyed that. There's so much lovely vegan food around now it's really easy to be a vegan but a lot of it is sadly fattening (pizza etc)...Great video, looking forward to more...Freda

Hope you enjoy group, even if there’s no vegans or even veggies just remember that the way to make it “normal” for them is to talk about all the yummy food you are having - it’ll give them new ideas too and don’t forget almost everything they talk about can be adapted and still on plan!     Wow. This was amazing - please do not apologise for ANYTHING! Too many apologies in this video. But that is my only, and minor criticism. I didn’t think I would watch all 51 minutes but I did. It was such a good video. Loved the fact there was protein in every meal. Thanks for that. The meals were all so amazing. And the portion control, where I fall down, was nicely done. The only thing I would change is use syn free yoghurt for the quinoa porridge - mix it all up with fruits the night before. Then I can use my HEA elsewhere. But using coconut milk is something I will try. Everything you made sounded so fab. I love Thai curry and use a very similar curry paste to you. The beans sound so good and I will definitly do that pea pesto. You being ill did not detract anything from this video. You were a super hero :) you have inspired me .. thank you

    Glad you enjoyed! I have various tubs - GlassLock glass ones I got from America via eBay, VonShef glass ones I got from Amazon, Sistema soup mugs from tons of places but I think mine were from Asda as they tend to do them on offers, little round plastic ones are from Amazon 💚💚

    I’ve just did week 1 on slimming world and I a vegan and I’ve really struggled getting healthy options a. What do you use for your healthy extra a?

    Healthy Extras are optional, however some really good vegan choices are unsweetened almond, soy or coconut milk (usually 400ml for 1 HEA) or 40g Koko vegan cheese. Try topping a pasta dish with the cheese or using finely grated in a sandwich (2 slices from a wholemeal 400g loaf is your HEB) with loads of salad or on top of a jacket and beans or ratatouille. The milks I tend to use in one big latte that I make in a thermos cup and drink over the morning at work, and the other might be in porridge, or I just don’t use the rest. You could also make a hot chocolate and syn the cocoa powder. Top tip - Whittards do lots of flavoured hot chocs that are vegan, including Rocky Road, Salted Caramel and Peanut Butter flavours, they are 4 syns for a 20g serving but well worth it I think!     Tried to make a previous recipe of yours and bought the wrong type of tofu 🤦 it turns out that roasting silken tofu literally dissolves it. It went in looking good, maybe a bit floppy 😂😂😂, but came out as tiny little, chocolate button sized drops 😂😂😂😂😂 heed my warning people. Do not roast silken tofu 🙅
