Very Correct Ashish however before buying any equity of a company, you must see the competitive advantage of the company. All those you mentioned have a competitive advantage so they sustain for centuries if you buy equity from the random company the chances will be more to lose however having equity of a company that will have demand in the market will make you rich in the long term. Good luck

It's possible, try to invest outside the city area, in developing district. There you can find some good options. Never invest in City area.. there returns are not that good.

Real estate is not worth it coz if u buy a appartment worth 50 L and if it give you 20k a month u will be earning after 20 or30 years and then you sell the appartment for alot of money but only after 25 years so mutual fund stocks and other assests are my choice😎

First understand the difference between assets and liabilities then chose the asset as per your financial capabilities, your earnings and savings you have done. Then chose top 2,3 assets which you find very interesting and would love to invest. Then only start to invest. Remember don't afraid to fail because that the most important part which you can learn from it and it will help you to improve a lot.
