Check out Janus Motorcycles. I just picked up one a month ago. It's my first bike.
Currently own a 1989 Moto Guzzi Mille GT 1000 cc that I have had for 20 years. Once took me 120 miles on one cylinder at highway speed when one spark plug wire crapped out on a Sunday morning with no shops open. At almost 70 years old it has gotten too heavy to maneuver in and out of situations. Purchased a 2013 Moto Guzzi V7 Stone at more than 100 pounds less wet weight. Absolutely love it. Will stay with Moto Guzzi for the rest of my riding life. I have owned BMW, Laverda, Ducati, Moto Morini, Triumph, BSA, Zundapp, Indian, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Cagiva and loved them all for different reasons, but the fact that I can physically handle the weight of a bike that will cruise (illegally) at 85-90 mph for as long as I need, looks good, is reliable and affordable and unique, why shop anywhere else?- -Mike Battle

And they hold nearly 6 gallons of gas! I can get about 230-260 miles on one tank. Also the power, weight, and handling on the V7 is amazing. Much better option than some 883 Sportsters I have ridden and I loved my sportster that I had. Now that I have it tuned and a pipe and stuff its even more amazing.

Just got my CB300R 5 days ago, best purchase ever as a seasoned rider.
My 1st bike was a Custom Sporty 1200c 100th anniv. Id go with the 1200. Was well worth it. Then upgraded to the 1650 wide glide and jumped on a triumph 675. All great choices. Great vlogs. Like the editing and flow of vids. Keep up great work.
My friend had a svartpilen 401 for years and now he’s upgrading to the 701 version. That’s how much he loves the thing.
My first was a Bonnie. Was awesome to learn on and remains fun as a now experienced rider. I will never be out of style
Definitely buy what YOU like!! My first street bike was a 75 Honda CB200T, smoooooooth and whisper quiet. Used no fuel, and that was when gas was .97 cents a gallon. It gave me confidence and probably would make it coast to coast on a ten dollar bill.

Interesting input on the Harley controls; I actually prefer having a switch on either side. For whatever reason it helps me not leave it on for 5 miles
I just bough my first bike. 2021 CBR 300R. My riding buddies give me a hard time because it's not powerful, but I just enjoy commuting to work on it and crusing curvy roads sometimes. Definitely fun.
I am glad I pulled the trigger and bought a KLX. albeit moderately used. I hope it holds its value when I gained more experience and decide to get more advanced bike.
Sweet validation from papa Yam! Street Twin love!
Great video although I might be a bit partial since I bought the sixty 2 a month ago loved it so much I wanted the 800 so I also bought the full throttle a week ago. Love them both great weight easy to handle. I couldn’t say enough good about them. Last year I bought the Royal Enfield Himalayan and that was so top heavy and not balanced well. I dropped it twice leaving the driveway... killed my confidence and made me scared all summer. I beat myself up all summer that I couldn’t ride that bike. Got a Z400 after that and had no trouble riding it. Ride safe!
I deffo have wanted the motoguzzi as my first bike for years, the even torque curve makes me feel like i would be safe
Just bought the KLX300 and it was a great purchase so far
So hyped i have my MSF next week! Then grabbing a bike
Well, I went to the dealership for the Sixty2 a few months ago. Last 2020 units sold out and I ended up purchasing last Full Throttle available. I love it! Only 14 lb weight diference between these two, so standing maneuvers feel almost the same. I'm growing as a rider on it and I'm having a blast!, enjoying every ride!
The sixty2 finally made a list!!! I chose this as my beginner bike for all of these reasons. It was two years old and never ridden on the lot. Got a deal on it. Have almost 2,000 miles on it and it’s getting better and better to ride

As someone who owns an iron 883 - it was my first bike in seven years. My actual first bike was a Honda hurricane 600 when I was just graduating college, and the iron has been great in easing myself back into cycling again. It's been a gas. I can def echo the complaint on the stupid buttons tho.
Purchased a 1985 BMW K100 for $2000 in 98% condition. I'm impressed myself and that's why I bought it. The used market offers so much economically I can't justify spending new bike prices.
I like the turn signal set up on the sportster. If I forget to turn on my signal, it’s easier to hit the buttons on the sportster with the clutch handle pulled
I love my scrambler sixty2!!!!! Best beginner bike , it’s great for women too ! Although it’s a bit heavy to pick up when dropped 💀.... I’m not gonna lie I’ve dropped it 3 times in the 2 months of owning it. But it was just when I was standing with it not moving, I feel like if I weighed more it wouldn’t be a problem
If you're learning to ride, pick a bike that has a low center of gravity and you can comfortably reach the ground. A lot of newer bikes have outrageous seat heights making new riders uneasy during slow speeds and stopping. Vulcan S is a great choice.
As a Husqvarna 401 and 701 owner, these things are more than just cool looking, they truly are wonderful machines. If you're a beginner get a 401

I'm very much considering a 401 as my first bike, but it's going to be my only vehicle. I'm going to do 80% commuting in and out of the city, 5% highway, 10% having fun on and offroad on weekends and a 5% would be nice to carry around stuff like groceries (not that much though, I live alone). I realy want that bike for it's fun factor, but do you think it is realistically usable for that kinda of stuff ? Or is it realy just a realy good second bike instead of first ?

@@OverlordHD36 it's a great first bike. I typically wouldn't advise this being your only vehicle though, for the price yiy could get a serviceable car and close to enough for a decent used bike. Z400 all the way as a 1st. Then I'll get fancy when/if I upgrade.
I have a 2015 KTM RC 390. Had a HD 1200 sportster before this and it's night and day how much more fun the 390 is over the lethargic, hefty 1200. FZ6/R Plenty fast for my first bike. I love it
I started on a Sixty2, It was great. Reliable and had never had any issues. Only problem is that after the 10'th desmo service you have spent more on desmo services than the bike is worth hehe
I'm proud of my 2021 Rebel 500 SE. Best bike ever made.
Newly minted rider here. RE Meteor was my choice, and the heel toe shifter...awesome!
I am an avid car enthusiast. I went to car meets with crappy cars for years a young lad, fantasising about owning a cool car to gain admiration and respect. Turns out, I did get a relatively flashy ride at 29 and when I went to a car meet all excited I realised no one gave to shits about me. It's all in your head people. This is why I'm considering a Suzuki GSX-S125 as my first bike as it's the cheapest bike with the strongest engine in its class. It doesn't look exciting at all but I'll keep myself in check power wise and reviewers love it so much.
