Everything looked awesome. Hey Matt, slice some Jalapeños in slivers and add a sliver down the spine of the shrimp before wrapping it in bacon. Honestly dude you won’t be disappointed 👍

If your salmon is wild caught from a good source, you gotta eat the skin. Don't throw it out. You're losing out on nutrients. I know it's personal preference. I never used to eat it, but I do now. It's got a nice thin crispy texture. Todd, you had King Salmon. We know where that is sourced. Try it with the skin!

Be nice if most of us could get some of those ingredients you guys are using. Most average folks don`t have access to those kinds of things. How about keeping it simple.

@@CJ_Frazier I'm guessing the Japanese mayo is one of them. Not found in the Tampa area but I did pick some up while in Houston last May.

Yeah, this is an amazing video. But… it’s Thursday. I wasn’t emotionally prepared for no CJ’s First Cooking show. I took this whole week off, and it’s all I have been telling my wife about. She is more 🤬 are ya’ll just because she has been listening to me bellyache about it for the last 12 hours.

Brother you better go get your change they owe you for them shrimps cause that ain’t even close to an 8 ,unless it was caught by them cheatin fishermen. 36-40 would be a stretch. Disclaimer…I only know about gulf shrimps.
