All wrong. Yet another haughty and non-Biblical new testament concocted by fallen man for salvation by works. Those who are saved can not and do not make deals with Christ for salvation. Jn.1:12,13; Ro.10:20; Eph.1:3-14; Ro.8:28-30, et al. Also, those who are redeemed do not post haughty "prayers" to social media as it is nothing more than pretentious piety. Redemption unto life is by hearing, not by speaking as noted in the passages given.

All wrong. No one is saved by works. "Surrender" to Christ does not redeem anyone, it's a work of the flesh. Ro.8:28-30; Jn.1:12,12, Ro.10:20 and Eph.1:3-14 tell it all that fallen man can not strike a bargain with Christ so to make his smooth words and thoughts a new testament based in this proposition. "Surrendering to Christ" is designed for the smart, only. It leaves out all persons suffering from mentally debilitating maladies such as Dementia, Insanity, Alzheimer's and the like, and makes the Lord God biased to hearing and saving the smart while condemning these people of no awareness of reality. Salvation is based on hearing, not upon speaking. Gal.3:2,5; Acts13:48. First comes life, then comes faith.

@@beatrcaro Thank God... surrender is *not* the way to salvation being it is a good work. Ro.10:20 says it all, as does Ro.8:28-30, Ps.3:7, Jn.1:12,13. You are telling yourself God saves only smart people while those stricken with cognitive disabilities He condemns. Such as those with Dementia, Insanity, Autism and the like. Give yourself a pat on the back for the good work you claim saves you but condemns the mentally ill.

The one thing I'll NEVER forget when I was baptized & confirmed in the Lutheran faith, (I had to have a double as my grandfather was dying) --at the end of the ceremony, I ACTUALLY said something in a tongue, but it was gone in a second! To this day, I still don't know what I said as it never returned. I think that's when The Holy Spirit really became a part of me.

When the holy spirit was given to baptize the disciples with fire they spoke in tongues but it says they all knew what was being said. If the holy spirit is you you would have no confusion . Your experience seems to me to maybe be a deception.
