    I know I’m not the only one who watches these and imagines where all my family would sleep, where we’d go, what we’d eat and drink, I picture us all sitting around the dining table and then partying on the cockpit and swimming in the warm waters of the Mediterranean. I see my husband coming to take over from me at the helm as he gives basic lessons to our son in law, I imagine us at anchor overnight in some charming, secluded bay. In reality darling husband knows nothing about boats and cares even less, this is just my daydream and we couldn’t even afford a tiny secondhand cruiser but I’m happy to dream.

    To make the daydream more real, I often pick the kind of boats which could be afforded by winning a lottery... This boat definitely is way above my dream standard that I need to win 3 lottery tickets in a row...

    I disliked the layout of the master suite. Having to walk down stairs to get to the bathroom seems inconvenient. By having that high ceiling in the stair well, you're throwing away space.

    @@BudSchnelker I agree. If I ever buy a yacht I might be old enough to have to wake up at night to pee. Having to use stairs at night on a moving boat seems like a bad idea. Anyway it has to be much less convenient than just having everything on the same deck.

    You're quite right, the ratio of extra length often bears no relation to the ratio of extra volume, especially when that extra length allows another complete deck. The trick for me now is to try and find a superyacht to tour that makes the 131 look small..! :D

Not only does it come in a slightly better spec for half a million less, but the crew area is also nicer in terms of layout and space. Granted though, the master suite of the sunseeker here is truly unique.. but, if I ever can, would go for the Pearl in that range :) Thanks for the awesome vids!

    I toured one of these at the Southampton Boat Show in 2013. It was a four cabin example and I remember the full width VIP cabin making a strong impression on me. Having the wheelhouse (more of a bridge to be honest) separate to the main deck helps give the boat the feeling of a floating apartment, although I think I'd actually prefer to be close to the action myself rather than physically detached from it.

    The way I see it, if you're rich enough to buy a mega-yacht then you're rich to go to school to learn to pilot a ship and repair a diesel engine. Basically, there's no such thing as a yacht too big to be owner operated.

When would he have any time to relax and enjoy himself? Taking a cruise would be exhausting.

  • @helplmchoking

    @helplmchoking

    KlingonCaptain there absolutely is. Partly because maintenance, cleaning and so on becomes pretty full time when you go too big. But mainly because docking a big yacht is something two people really cannot do safely. Sorting out the lines, fenders, manoeuvring and so on is a lot of work for a short handed crew, especially when your helm is a long way from the marina. It’s certainly possible, but it’s a lot, lot less fun. Personally, I don’t solo anything above about 50’ and wouldn’t want to do anything above about 65’ ish with just a pair. Again, it’s technically possible, especially with helpful marina staff, but it’s not enjoyable and enjoyment is really the whole point of a boat like this!

    i do love watching videos about things i can't afford lol That said,as much as i like looking at these boats i wouldn't want one,i go green within 5 minutes of being on a boat and i'd pay anything to get off,nothing worse than sea sickness. Anyway,great videos and keep up the good work !

    Absolutely love the 95 especially the master cabin and the stairs to the dressing area and heads, the only problem is getting the right numbers in the euromilions lottery the big £120 million jackpot would see my dreams come true.

    Beautiful boat and great tour as always. The master suite is a novel design. Not sure I would like so many stairs though. Lots of space onboard. Glad you were able to show us this. Sunseeker really make beautiful sleek and stylish yachts!

    Quelle merveille ! Un ami avait un yacht de 20 ou 25 m des années 1980 mais l’habitacle de aujourd’hui est pure ,les progrès sont inouïs Merci de nous les montrer cela me fait dire que voir ces beautés nous donne l’envie d’en voir encore et toujours davantage.

    I would love it if u took a few more minutes and went through the engine room. I'm an engineer from Carrier HVAC and would live to see more. Especially the A.C. unit and what it looks like. Great video though!

    Great tour again 👌.... From the video it looks like you get a hell of a lot of boat for 6 million whereas the 131 is nearly 3 times the cost but not 3 times the size. I think this is a fantastic yacht for the price. Just need that lotto win!
